amazing STAY!

convenient parking helpful staff warm welcome delicious breakfast

i liked the convenient parking. Thomas and Juan REALLY helped with our luggage and parking. the reception team gave a genuinely warm welcome. breakfast each morning was DELICIOUS and had many options, cereals, juices, and cooked items.

the room was a slight bit smaller than i initially anticipated.

The staff members always acknowledged guests when they came and went. James at reception introduced himself. I had previously spoken with him when getting information from Australia. the team seemed well-trained.

The location was advantageous with nearby parking options. The staff members were polite and helpful upon arrival. The room showcased a beautiful finish with complete equipment. Breakfast offered excellent options.

The hotel layout was slightly confusing, requiring a walk outside to access the main areas.

The location was convenient. It was close to many attractions! THE staff was generally helpful with directions. I also liked the complimentary mini-bar, it included a few snacks and drinks.

The room felt quite small. There was barely enough space to move around. The bathroom lacked proper ventilation. This caused moisture build-up. I found the breakfast options limited, especially for the price.
